Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best service and quality. However, due to the nature of fresh food, cancellations and refunds are limited.

 

1. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order.

  • After food preparation starts, no cancellations will be accepted.

 

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only in these cases:

  • You were charged but your order failed

  • Item was not delivered due to our mistake

  • Incorrect or damaged item delivered

 

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Reflected within 5–7 business days

 

4. No-Refund Cases

  • Change of mind

  • Late delivery due to uncontrollable reasons

  • Incorrect address entered by customer
